I offer precise and detailed 3D scanning services for automotive components. This service is intended for part restoration, manufacturing, or modification. Using the Shining EinScan HX2 scanner, it is possible to quickly and accurately scan various parts – from suspension elements to specialized brackets. This process creates accurate 3D models, which are later used for further design or production. If needed, I can also scan other objects, not limited to cars.
I specialize in automotive parts design. This includes everything – from suspension modifications or mounting brackets to unique parts created for car sport, adventure, or work applications. I can design parts based on 3D scan data of an object or according to the client’s ideas and requirements. Each project is developed as a custom solution for the specific vehicle use case – whether it is a race car, an off-road adventure vehicle, or a specialized work truck.
Before manufacturing parts, I can perform finite element analysis (FEA). This analysis makes it possible to evaluate structural strength, load distribution, and optimization opportunities already at the design stage. Such preliminary testing is especially useful when developing off-road or sports car components that require additional strength or weight optimization. If you already have a designed part, I can check it and provide recommendations.
I can also carry out non-standard projects that require design, modeling, or the development of unique solutions. If you have an idea or a technical challenge, I will help find the optimal solution – from concept to full implementation.



I manufacture custom metal bumpers, winch plates, mounting brackets, and other parts designed for specific vehicles and usage needs. All components are engineered and produced in-house, ensuring precision, reliability, and compatibility with your vehicle.
I perform modifications of both manual and automatic gearboxes as well as differentials, customized to specific technical needs. This includes changing gear ratios, installing lockers, or limited-slip differentials to improve power distribution, traction, and overall transmission performance and efficiency.
I reinforce drive shafts and replace differentials to improve transmission reliability and adaptability to increased loads. When necessary, alternative, readily available, and more cost-effective parts are selected to achieve the desired result without exceeding the budget. All solutions are customized for the specific vehicle, taking into account its technical characteristics and operating conditions.
I carry out suspension modifications, including reinforcement, travel increase, and other structural improvements customized to specific needs. Reinforced parts are used, and geometry or mounting points are adjusted to ensure greater durability, improved wheel performance, and smooth component compatibility. Solutions can be based on factory elements or individually designed components.
